The Whimple History Society is a registered charity which manages the Whimple Heritage Centre, a small museum dedicated to the history of the village of Whimple, with a particular emphasis on cider making. During the winter months the Society holds a series of talks on subjects of historical interest to which non-members are welcome for a small payment on the door. The Society also runs the famous Whimple Wassail in January each year, and other occasional events. Full details of all events can be found on the website.
