The Society meets in Woodbury Village Hall (unless otherwise advertised) at 19:30 on the first Thursday of March, May, September and November when a lecture is given by a member or invited speaker. The AGM and social is held on the first Thursday of February. The annual subscription is £8.00, and the fee for visitors is £4.00. The Society has a Reference Library and Archive Room in Woodbury Village Hall in which a large collection of papers, maps, books, photographs, newspaper cuttings etc. concerning the parish of Woodbury (and Devon in general) are kept.
