The Otter Valley Association (OVA) is the amenity society covering the communities of: Newton Poppleford, Colaton Raleigh, East Budleigh, Otterton and Budleigh Salterton which lie within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Lower Otter Valley. In addition to helping to conserve the natural and built environment, the OVA, through its history section, promotes and publishes research on the history of the area and its people, and is in the process of creating an online text searchable history archive, Ovapedia. OVA conducts a programme of events including talks (admission fee, open to all), walks (free, open to all).
Anyone who is interested in the Otter Valley may join, wherever they live.
